The snug forms the main living space, featuring a striking original flint wall and French doors that open onto the garden. A generous sofa and comfortable armchairs are arranged around the wood-burning stove, offering a cosy, fire-lit retreat in winter and a beautifully light, open space in summer.

The spacious open-plan kitchen is designed to be both practical and sociable, forming the true heart of the cottage. Fully fitted with integrated appliances and essential white goods, it’s well equipped for everything from relaxed breakfasts to evening meals.
Ample worktop space and generous storage make cooking effortless, while the open layout keeps conversation flowing between the kitchen and dining areas. The floor features original Norfolk pantiles.

The Bedrooms
There are two ensuite bedrooms, one double and one super king/twin). Each room is styled to create a calm, restful atmosphere with soft linens, quality mattresses and gentle lighting for a comfortable night’s sleep.
Both bedrooms have luxurious walk-in shower rooms with contemporary fittings and heated towel rails.

There is a tendered garden to the front of the cottage with an array of cottage garden plants and flowers.
To the rear, the setting is quite remarkable, the cottage backs directly onto ancient woodland and an expanse of open countryside stretching for miles.

We had a lovely stay at Summer Cottage. Very charming place surrounded by nature. Siobhan is a great host, friendly and easy to communicate with. It was the perfect holiday. We would definitely like to come back. Highly recommended!

Summer Cottage is beautiful and is surprisingly spacious. It has scenic views over the countryside and pleasant areas to sit outside. The bedrooms are comfortable and well fitted-out and it was so good to have separate bathrooms to each. There was everything we needed in the cottage to make our stay enjoyable with good local walks and the sea not far away. Siobhan was attentive, friendly and helpful. Well worth a stay. I look forward to a second visit.

What a beautiful, cosy cottage. Spotlessly clean, nicely presented and all the comforts of home. Outstanding location, wildlife at your door, private and relaxing. All this and only a short drive to the coast and Holt. Thoroughly recommend.

What a beautiful cottage, set in beautiful gardens surrounded by
gorgeous countryside. The building, furnishings and equipment were
of high quality and spotlessly clean.
The location is exceptionally quiet and very private. We loved it!
